We are at the final stretch!! Yay!! The deck and outdoor area are finished except for a few tiny things, and we are ready for the photographer. I love how it has turned out and so happy to share it with our Airbnb guests! They have been very encouraging during the process, and I am excited not to have to run over and sand or paint or plant between bookings. ;- We even had a guest leave our first message on the letter board this week!

If you are new to the One Room Challenge it is an amazing event where 20 Designers and hundreds of guest participants chose a room to makeover and share their process of transformation along the way. Rather than a competition, it feels more like a celebration of design and DIY and the inspiration is unbelievable! I encourage you to grab a cup of tea or glass of wine and take some time to check out the creative spaces you will find.
