Happy Fall!
It is my favorite time of the year. And the season when our house truly shines. So I am excited to take part in Celebrate Fall Home tour that my friend Leen from Sand Dollar Lane organized. For my part today, I am sharing Simple ways to add Fall touches to your home. If you are here from Ann’s at Dabbling and Decorating, welcome! Isn’t Ann’s Firepit area beautiful?!?! I just love it.

My decor language is texture. I have never met a texture I didn’t love. For a quick and simple Fall touch, I switch out my textiles. For Fall, I go darker and more varied in their texture than I use during the summer- I pile them on. Boucle pillows add wonderful texture here on the sofa.
Here on the bed.
In baskets
and even add them to my covered porch
A simple way of adding Fall is using fresh flowers. I use flowers to add color to seasonal decor. It’s relatively inexpensive and an easy way to set a mood.
I choose long-lasting greenery and blooms which can last weeks. A perfect example is Protea which lasts, on average, three weeks or more. Such a simple way to add a Fall touch.
I also use moss, driftwood, and, as shown below, even a tumbleweed!
Everything is up for grabs for fall decor. I put some interesting-shaped candles in a bowl and ta-da Fall Decor.
Here is my latest addition to Fall decor. This was a $75.00 Facebook Marketing find, and she is so cozy. I had planned on using her at one of our Short-term rentals, but I loved her so much that she is here to stay. She is giving off MAJOR Fall vibes, so it may be something I switch out seasonally.
You can shop some of my very favorite Fall items from my Amazon Store Front here. (affiliate links).
That is it for my simple ways to add Fall touches to your home. Next up on the tour is Rebecca from Zucchini Sisters, and she is sharing a Fall dough ball centerpiece! Enjoy!
Until next time,
-Libbie

Great use of textures and of course I love anything that has to do with flowers. Happy Fall.
I’m loving all your gorgeous fresh arrangements and textures in your fall decor Libbie. However did you think of using a tumble weed? It’s so unique and pretty in your vase. I may have to use that idea next year. Lovely tour!

Libbie, I love your fall vignettes. My favorite is using candles laying in a bowl. I have some that would be perfect for fall. I’m with you on using textures. They had such depth to all settings. Enjoy your fall.
