Christmas Mantel in a cozy cottage

A Cozy Cottage Christmas Mantel

Happy December!

I am so excited today that I can barely contain it! First, I have a treat for you. Today’s annual post is one of my favorites of the year. It’s the Bloggers’ Best Holiday Home Tour 2022, Hosted by my friend Kelly from The Tattered Pew. Secondly, I am sharing A Cozy Cottage Christmas Mantel from the cottage we bought last summer!! We are soooo happy with how the renovation is coming along, and I am excited to show you a glimpse.

Are you visiting from my friend Melanie over at Southern Crush at Home? Aren’t her table decorations divine?!? Loved them.

Cottage Living Room Decorated for Christmas

Cozy Cottage Christmas Mantel

Let’s get this Christmas Party started! I have lived in many places, and this is my very first MANTEL! So you better believe I was going all out this year with a cozy cottage vibe. I wanted to keep it clean and simple- the cottage is TINY but with some of my favorite elements.

Fresh Greenery

For the garland, I used fresh- because it smells so wonderful and kept it on the delicate side. I added my favorite piece of holiday art that a friend designed, making it feel like home.

Joyful Wall Art

As you can see, I am a fan of Christmas trees, so I used part of my collection- I may need a 12-step program for my problem. My favorite yarn trees are from Creative Co-op. TJMaxx has a fantastic collection, and I love this one and this one too!

Christmas with Plants

My love of plants carries over during the holidays; nothing says cozy cottage to me like live plants.

I added a Mini Succulent Tree I made this year and a basket of live Mini Christmas Trees.
