Today I have a treat for you. Some of my blogging besties do a monthly supper club and have asked me to join them this month. And the theme is LUAU! I am so very excited. One, because I love a great theme, and two, I just happen to have a really great recipe on theme.
I am sharing the yummiest pineapple fried recipe. It’s a favorite that my mom used to make!
But first, let’s start with the Luau Dinner Menu.
Doesn’t it look amazing?!?!
Let’s start with the Refreshing Basil Cocktail from my friend Michele at Vintage Home Designs.
Then we have this Fresh and Easy Pineapple Salsa from Jen at Midwest Life and Style.
Our main course is an easy Keto Huli Huli BBQ Chicken from the ladies at Simply 2 Moms.
Which looks so good!
Next up, we have a recipe for easy roasted veggies in the oven from Rachel at The Pond’s Farmhouse.
My mom’s yummy Pineapple Fried Rice
And to finish it off, a Pineapple Dump Cake from Stacy at Stacyling.com
It all looks so delicious.
And now for my mom’s Yummy Pineapple Fried Rice recipe.
The recipe is quick and easy, and the secret is always to use day-old rice.
This is an easy veggie dinner, but you could add egg, chicken or pork.
That’s it for our Hawaiian Luau.
Make sure to peek at all the wonderful host’s recipes and be sure to check out the beautiful tablescapes.
Until Next time,
